Okay, quick question regarding assaulting tanks.

Let's say in my turn, my Rhino moves 12 inches. Cool. Normally my opponent now needs 6's to hit it in assault on the next turn.

In my opponent's turning immediately following, my Rhino gets shot and immobilized. In the subsequent assault phase, if my opponent charges my Rhino, does he auto-hit due to the immobilzation, or does he hit on 6's because I moved 12 inches?

He would hit automatically because its immobilised.
As per the rulebook FAQ:
Quote:
Q: If a vehicle moved during its last Movement phase,
but is immobilised by the time a models initiative value
is reached in close combat, what roll is needed to hit it?
(p63)
A: It will be hit automatically.
